White Deer Land Museum
Located in downtown Pampa, Gray County Texas. Expertly managed by Anita Gullet, Director, it is central to art, artifacts, research, and area history. Formerly the Land Office for the White Deer Land Co, the completely intact Land office is worth the visit. Also the
the newly designed Red River War section is now open for viewing. It is second to none for Calvary and Indian history and knowledge. This very well appointed display is a must see for the Red River War Sesquicentennial!

Hutchinson County Historical Museum
Located at 618 North Main Street in Borger, Texas, The Hutchinson County Historical Museum is a treasure trove of information. Expertly curated and displayed by Director Clay Renick and his staff, the museum not only showcases Hutchinson County’s early pioneer and Native American settlements, but the unique Geology, Paleontology, and Archeology of Hutchinson County. No tour of Panhandle history is complete without a visit to this very well appointed and dedicated Museum.

Roberts County Museum
Located in Miami, Roberts County, Texas. Carefully curated by Susan Bowers, this small museum is housed in the former Santa Fe Train Depot. It is full of local artifacts, but moreover it the repository of Roberts County History. Be sure to see the mammoth tusk found nearby! It’s a great visit, and if you need any history of the county or it’s residents, it’s probably here. Don’t let the quaint exterior fool you. A very well appointed museum with an underground room and a very nice Red River Wars room upstairs. Make this a stop on you next day trip, you’ll be glad you did.
